ChillTite for Body

The ultrasound waves delivered by ChillTite Body warm multiple fat layers to 147 degrees Fahrenheit. At this temperature, fat cells break down and are permanently destroyed! In the same way ChillTite tightens skin on the face & neck, ChillTite Body also tightens skin on the body, enhancing tightening & contouring.

Just as with ChillTite Face & Neck, the skin can appear instantly tightened. ChillTite body contouring results are usually seen between 4 and 12 weeks after treatment. This is the time needed for the body to naturally process the treated fat. Full effects from a single treatment can take up to 6 months, as the skin tightens with new collagen. The skin-tightening aspect of ChillTite Body gives clients an extra body-contouring boost!

The ultrasound probe is moved evenly over the treatment areas in order to allow the high-intensity focused ultrasound waves to reach the fat tissue. The overlying skin layers remain unaffected, aside from mild redness and swelling.

Yes! ChillTite Body can be done on multiple areas of the body in one appointment.

A single treatment takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the area treated and how many areas are treated. Small areas like arms or knees will take about 20 minutes and are at a discounted rate. Full-size areas like the stomach or hips will take approximately 30 minutes or slightly more.

The number of treatments required to achieve desired results depends on how much fat the client wants to lose & the condition of their skin (for tightening).

• Older clients may require 3 to 4 treatments.
• Clients with more fat will require more treatments.

For the body, receiving ChillTite every 2 to 6 weeks is recommended until you achieve your desired results. After the initial treatment series, maintenance treatments should occur every 6 to 12 months.

No! ChillTite Body is non-invasive, bypasses the skin’s surface, and targets deep and superficial fat beneath the skin. After the treatment, you can simply go about your usual activities, and no one will know!

ChillTite delivers 147°F to the treatment area, which may be temporarily uncomfortable during treatment. Most people find that discomfort is highest around bony areas, which we generally try to avoid by pulling fat tissue away from bones during treatment. ChillTite Body can permanently destroy fat and reduce cellulite while also tightening the skin with almost no downtime!

After treatment, you can resume your normal activities immediately.  In some cases, slight redness or swelling may occur in the treatment area, which will quickly subside. You may also have slight sensitivity to touch and a light tingling sensation, which can persist for a few weeks. In very rare cases, bruising and temporary local numbness may occur. These side effects disappear after a few days.

• A pacemaker or implanted electrical device
• Blood disorders
• Fillers or Botox in the treatment area in the last 6 months
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Accutane in the last 12 months
• Open wounds in the treatment area
• Epilepsy, Bell’s palsy, chemo, radiation, or immunosuppressant drugs

What to Do BEFORE ChillTite:

• Stop any medications that thin your blood, as bruising is possible.
• No Botox or laser treatments for 2 weeks prior to treatment
• No dermal fillers, peels, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks prior to ChillTite
• No anti-inflammatories for 2 days prior (includes cryo & cryofacial) through 4 days after treatment.
• Stop retinols, peels & harsh exfoliation for 3 days before treatment.
• Check skin for any outbreaks or open wounds/sores – skin cannot be treated with any of these conditions.
• Clients should arrive in comfortable clothing on the day of treatment and clean-shaven.
• We recommend taking Tylenol 30 minutes prior to treatment in order to reduce pain.
• Come to Chill with a clean face and no makeup – this will speed up your treatment!

What to Do After ChillTite:

• Avoid using any anti-inflammatories, including cryotherapy, cryofacial, ibuprofen (Advil), turmeric, etc for 4 days following treatment. No ice! Tylenol is ok for pain relief.
• Always use sunblock SPF 30 or higher, and avoid direct, prolonged sun exposure.
• You can apply makeup immediately after the procedure
• You may experience some redness & mild swelling – this is NORMAL and will subside in 24 to 72 hours.
• Use a gentle skin cleanser only for the first 24 hours; after 24 hours, resume your usual skin care routine. You may resume retinols, exfoliation, waxing, and tweezing after 3 days.
• It is unlikely that you will develop a blister or bruise – if a blister exists, treat with antibiotic ointment.
• Avoid heat like a sauna or hot tub, or high-intensity exercise for 1 to 2 days to avoid sweating.
