On average, LED whitening will last 6 months to 1 year. This depends on how you treat your teeth. If you smoke, drink coffee and don't brush regularly, results will be closer to 6 months. If you brush daily and avoid staining foods and drinks, results can last a year or more.

Avoid eating or drinking anything for one hour after treatment. For 24 hours afterward, avoid smoking, red wine, coffee, colas and anything dark in colour. This helps set your results and extend the duration of your whitening.

No — there is no product available that whitens unnatural teeth. Bleach Bright will only whiten natural tooth enamel. If you have crowns or veneers, the treatment will whiten your natural teeth but not the artificial surfaces, which may create a shade difference.
