Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to improve your skin's appearance — reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. Red light is also used to treat medical conditions, help with weight loss, reduce inflammation and much more. There is NO harmful UV content in our red light and near infrared device.

Our red light device combines red light therapy with infrared heat or light. Users have the option to use both forms of light or just one. The heat is not intense compared to the infrared sauna or slim pod — you will get warm but are unlikely to break a sweat. You are welcome to do the red light therapy in your undergarments or bathing suit: exposing more skin to the red and infrared light will enhance your results.

Our device provides 630–680nm red light wavelength — the optimal healing spectrum of red light — and 800 to 880nm, the optimal healing spectrum of near-infrared light. Our red light device is 50 inches long so you can cover much of your body in a single 15-minute treatment.

Using the Device

What to Expect

While you are under the light you will notice that some lights shine very brightly red while others appear dim. This is completely normal — the red light LEDs glow bright red while the infrared heat lights are a much duller pinpoint light that you can barely see. You are getting both lights!

You can choose to expose your face and upper body or concentrate on your lower torso and legs. We do require that you wear FDA-confirmed protective eyewear during your treatment, even if you are not including your face. The red light is very bright and can temporarily affect your vision quality without goggles.

Red Light Only — 630–680nm

Targets the epidermis and dermis for skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, wrinkle reduction and anti-aging. Excellent for skin health, hair regrowth and mood support.

Near Infrared Only — 800–880nm
