The secret to ChillTite's incredible results is using multiple handpieces to deliver ultrasound energy to different layers of your skin.

• We use our deepest-penetrating handpiece to address fat under the chin and on the face, giving you a slimmer, tighter, more youthful face!
• We use a less deeply penetrating handpiece to address sagging skin at the SMAS level (the tissue layer where facelifts are performed).
• We use more superficial handpieces to address wrinkles and lines on the face and to improve skin texture and pore size.

No! While lasers target the uppermost layers of the skin (e.g., to counteract fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation), ChillTite bypasses the skin’s surface and focuses entirely on the deep, structural layers of the skin where collagen is deposited. After the treatment, you can go about your usual activities, and no one will know!

• After the treatment, the skin is immediately tightened.

ChillTite delivers a temperature of 147 degrees Fahrenheit to the muscle layer in your face & neck, which may be temporarily uncomfortable during treatment. Most people find discomfort is the highest around the bony areas of the face. We try to avoid these bony areas by pulling the skin tissue away from the bone during treatment. ChillTite is the only non-surgical option on the market today to lift sagging skin with minimal discomfort and no downtime.

The ultrasound probe is evenly moved over the treatment areas in order to allow the high-intensity focused ultrasound waves to reach the underlying connective tissue and generate the desired skin-tightening effects. The overlying skin layers remain unaffected, which means the lifting can be carried out gently and without a trace.

This gentle form of lifting can be used on the entire face to counteract sagging skin. The following areas are ideal for treatment: the neck region, chin, cheeks, and eyebrow area. During a session, an individual area can be treated, or all areas can be treated at once.

Depending on the treatment area, a single treatment takes anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. The double-chin area will take roughly 20 minutes and is discounted. A full face will take about 30 minutes; a face + neck will take 40+ minutes.

The number of treatments required to achieve the desired results depends on the client's age & skin condition. Some clients can achieve their desired results with just one treatment, while others will need multiple treatments.

• Older clients may require 3 to 4 treatments.
• Clients with very thin skin can require 3 to 4 treatments.
• Neck tightening often takes at least 4 treatments to achieve the desired results.

For both body and face/neck, receiving ChillTite every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended until desired results are achieved. After the initial treatment series, maintenance treatments should occur every 6 to 12 months.

After treatment, you can resume your normal activities immediately because high-intensity ultrasound does not damage the skin’s upper layers.

• In some cases, slight redness or swelling may occur, which will quickly subside.
• There may also be a slight sensitivity to touch and a light tingling sensation, which can persist for a few weeks.
• In very rare cases, bruising and temporary local numbness may occur. These side effects disappear after a few days.

• Metal implants in the treatment area
• Pacemaker or implanted electrical device
• Blood disorders
• Fillers or Botox in the treatment area in the last 6 months
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Accutane in the last 12 months
• Open wounds in the treatment area
• Epilepsy, Bell’s palsy, chemo, radiation, or immunosuppressant drugs

What to Do BEFORE ChillTite:

• Stop any medications that thin your blood, as bruising is possible.
• No Botox or laser treatments for 2 weeks prior to treatment
• No dermal fillers, peels, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks prior to ChillTite
• No anti-inflammatories for 2 days prior to (includes cryo & cryofacial) through 4 days after treatment.
• Stop retinols, peels & harsh exfoliation for 3 days before treatment.
• Check skin for any outbreaks or open wounds/sores – skin cannot be treated with any of these conditions.
• Clients should arrive on the day of treatment in comfortable clothing and clean-shaven.
• We recommend taking Tylenol 30 minutes prior to treatment in order to reduce pain.
• Come to Chill with a clean, makeup-free face – this will speed up your treatment!

What to Do After ChillTite:

• Avoid using any anti-inflammatories, including cryotherapy, cryofacial, ibuprofen (Advil), turmeric, etc., for 4 days following treatment. No ice! Tylenol is ok for pain relief.
• Always use sunblock SPF 30 or higher and avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.
• You can apply makeup immediately after the procedure
• You may experience some redness & mild swelling – this is NORMAL and will subside in 24 to 72 hours.
• Use a gentle skin cleanser only for the first 24 hours; after 24 hours, resume your usual skin care routine. Retinols, exfoliation, waxing, and tweezing can resume after 3 days.
• It is unlikely that you will develop a blister or bruise; if one forms, treat it with antibiotic ointment.
• Avoid heat sources like saunas, hot tubs, or high-intensity exercise for 1 to 2 days to prevent sweating.
