Chill Cryotherapy is thrilled to now offer Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — a 60-minute compressed air experience at a pressure of 1.5 Atmospheres. We also offer supplemental oxygen for an enhanced experience.

Increased pressure allows oxygen to dissolve more fully into your blood plasma, yielding incredible physical, cognitive and emotional benefits. Research shows that HBOT increases oxygen saturation of our tissues, organs and brain by 400% compared to typical blood supply.

Preparation & Frequency

How to Get Started

New HBOT clients will complete a medical history intake and waiver. If you are experiencing congestion or sinus/ear issues, please wait until your symptoms subside.

If you see a specialist such as an oncologist, neurologist, cardiologist or pulmonologist, or are currently under care for a health issue or surgery, you will likely need medical clearance from your provider prior to your first session. We will email you the forms to provide to your physician.

Contraindications: Cold or allergy symptoms/fever, pregnancy, inability to equalise middle ear pressure, Meniere's disease, heart or vascular disease, anaemia, polycythaemia or other blood disease, untreated pneumothorax. Medical clearance recommended before first session.

How Often to Use Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Up to once or twice daily, but you must wait four hours between sessions. To experience optimal results, you need a minimum of 10 sessions and 20-40 maintenance sessions. Research shows that Hbot treatment is cumulative, so the more treatments you experience, the better you will look and feel! More Hbot is essential for rebuilding your physical infrastructure, cellular health, and neuroplasticity!
