I absolutely LOVE ChillRx!!! The staff is always so friendly and personable!! They greet everyone by first name and make you feel appreciated. I love how clean it is, with multiple robes in each room and extra towels in the sauna and Slim Pod rooms.
Just knowing I have a "chill appointment" scheduled puts me in a good mood for the day! I leave feeling refreshed and happy!
I go in for core treatments 1-3x a week then go in every 3-4 weeks for PRX chemical peel, dermaplanning, and microneedling. And I'm regularly mistaken for being younger than I am (so this works!!!!).
10/10 highly recommend at least trying the sampler of core treatments and treating yourself to a free first-time spray tan!!

I have been coming to ChillRx in Kendwood for a while. I’ve never had a bad experience. Autumn has always educated me on all the options and offers this location has available. I don’t ever feel like she rushes our conversations and she’s always honest about everything, even admitting if there’s anything she doesn’t know. All the staff our great. Renee is also another one of my favorites! I highly recommend this location for all your chill selfcare needs!!

Autumn has worked with me multiple times. She is patient and explains the services so that I understand the procedure & benefits. She is absolutely great to work with. And as a result of the treatments I've received, I can see results.

The BEST! Every staff member is fantastic...helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great array of treatment options and their packages and specials make them very affordable. You will feel and look so much better pretty much right away and ongoing even more so. I love coming here! Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly, and welcoming. The services offered are amazing . If you haven’t tried it’s a must. My favorite is the slim pod and sauna for detoxing, weight loss and relaxation. Go today and get your client sampler and enjoy!

I was in town for work and decided to try Chill. Hands down one of the best experiences yet! Autumn met me as soon as I walked in and explained to me the sampler pac which I really enjoyed!!! I had questions about the peptides and weight loss meds and Autumn was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in directing me to what I should consider. I liked it so much I am planning a trip back to further investigate and try more services. Ask for Autumn-she was amazing!

I had a wonder experience here. The atmosphere was friendly and very comfortable. Customer service was awesome. These ladies treated me just like family. I highly recommend this place.

LOVE ChillRx!! Jodi is amazing…I’m glowing after a fabulous PRX facial with dermaplaning…just what the doctor ordered! Amazing staff and treatments all around, red light therapy, compression, local cryo and much more! Thank you all for brightening up a long cold winter! ✨✨✨

I had a really great experience at ChillRx Cryotherapy Spa in Kenwood. The space is clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe overall.
I tried both cryotherapy and the Slim Pod and really enjoyed both. Cryo was super refreshing and energizing, and the Slim Pod was very relaxing while still feeling effective. I walked out feeling refreshed and so glad I tried it.
Autumn and Renee were awesome. They were super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really care and know what they are doing.
Highly recommend ChillRx if you are looking for recovery or wellness treatments. I will definitely be back.

I’m not one to write reviews much, but I had such a great experience at Chill RX Cryotherapy! The facility is clean and welcoming, and I absolutely loved Autumn — she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything super comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

I came in after hurting my back and Autumn and Renee took the best care of me. They really took the time to break down each treatment, explain what it would do, and walk me through everything so I felt comfortable the whole time. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do.
The facility was super clean and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They recommended the sauna, whole body cryotherapy, and a spot cryo treatment, and it made such a difference. I left feeling so much better and actually understood what was helping my recovery.
Amazing service, amazing staff. I can’t recommend them enough.

Cryotherapy works! Our daughter injured her foot while playing on the trampoline and is a very successful swimmer. We were devastated thinking her summer swim season was completely over! We went to a walk-in orthopedic clinic and it was confirmed. It was only soft tissue damage no break, but it was still incredibly painful for her to walk. We kept her off it completely and we ended up doing daily cryotherapy from the time of the injury and as you can see from the pictures from June 8 to June 11 the soft tissue damage was healed from targeted cryotherapy sessions (that are equivalent to 8 hours of icing). The staff was amazing and kind and patient with our daughter. She was back in the pool within 2 weeks. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Can’t say enough! It works!

Started coming here a month ago for the whole body cryotherapy. It has helped tremendously with joint pain for someone over 50 with achy joints. Have incorporated it along with my working out and starting back for golf season. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to try some of the other services!

I love the full body cryotherapy. I have knee, hip and back pain from playing football and golf. The cold air took it all away and that’s why I bought 20 visits to use.

I’ve been going to ChillRX for quite some time now and ever since I started going the appearance of my skin looks much healthier, I have been losing weight and tightening my skin, and my circulation has significantly improved! Not only do the services render great results, the staff is incredibly informative and compassionate. Outside of the core services, I have been receiving microchanneling with stem cell treatments to help the scarring on my face. The results are amazing! I did a lot of damage to my skin and body due to some unfortunate circumstances and am finally feeling confident in my skin! 10/10 recommend!!

Came from Hamilton to check this place out today and was thoroughly impressed. Jessika and Toi were super personable and helpful & their equipment is top notch. I've been looking for a new cryo place since the one near me closed so I had experience with most of the services they offer here, but it was my first time in a Mecotec cryo:one+. It was AWESOME.

I love Chill! My visits always pleasant! It’s a smaller space but very efficient. The nurse Toi was top notch knowledgeable about the shots I was inquiring about. I don’t go often but it’s always lovely. The only thing I would change is the music. Maybe more spa like vs. Taylor Swift or Katy Perry. For a more relaxing feel. Thanks also for your help Susie!
