I’d give Kaylie at Chill Rx a solid 10/10. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. You can tell she cares about the customers—highly recommend!

Always friendly, great customer service and I love the services that are provided at this location. Clean facility. Cryotherapy is so incredibly rejuvenating & helpful for helping decrease my inflammation in my joints and muscles. Heated treatments and light therapy like “slim pod” and sauna feel incredible to my body and particularly helpful with mental health and wellbeing. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely phenomenal place, a well-hidden gem! I haven't seen such level of highly affordable service at best European resorts. My wife has booked a series of treatments and I consider following suit.

The treatments, and customer service alike I received were absolutely impeccable. Everyone there carried a positively infectious energy that made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in the door 100/100 service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The staff was very patient and knowledgeable about all of the equipment and different treatment methods. Cindy especially took the time to explain every type of machine I used during my visit and made me very comfortable

The Staff is always friendly and helpful. They often go out of their way to help and assist with any questions I may have. The scheduling app is also very user friendly and if for whatever reason I make a mistake, the staff is always there to assist.

The staff here are always kind and attentive. I really enjoy the slim pod and the full body cryo- but there are so many other great services like the bioptron light for your face That really helps your skin look and feel amazing. They also have compression therapy for anyone who struggles with circulation. It’s a great way to get things moving.

Came in as a new client and had the BEST treatments. First the infrared sauna then the CRYOTHERAPY! WOW what a rush and I felt invigorated! Thank you Jocelyn for all your guidance and patience with all my million questions!!

The team at Chill is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer many different treatments and will help you tailor a plan to best help you. Appointments are on schedule and the studio is spotless. Love, love, love fire (sauna) and ice (cryo) combo.
