I’ve had a great experience at ChillRx Cryotherapy in Westfield, NJ. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to explain the different services and answer any questions. The facility is spotless, relaxing, and appointments are easy to schedule.
I’ve been a regular customer for years with a no-expiration pass and have used many of their core services, including whole-body and local cryotherapy, the sauna, Slim Pod, Haoltherapy, and the Bioptron Light Therapy. I’ve always felt well cared for. I especially appreciate that they focus on overall wellness and never make me feel pressured to purchase additional services.
It’s a wonderful addition to Westfield, and I highly recommend ChillRx Cryotherapy to anyone looking to support their health, recovery, or overall well-being. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Great experience as usual. Julie is always responsive, and accommodating. The girls are always friendly. It’s a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and already have recommended a few friends and family.

My daughter, Samantha, had a great experience with ChillRx. Cryro was awesome and helped with recovery for her during the week with soccer training. She even got me to do it. It felt great. Thank you so much. We will be back.

This is a beautiful place to pamper yourself.
I really enjoyed the massage chair today.
My son Malik received several services today as well. And my daughter Kaelonn has also benefited from the awesome services that they offer in the past.
It was great and I’m very glad that I treated myself to something for me.
Liz and Vanessa were so helpful today and extremely nice and the owner Julie is very nice too as she talked to me as well. It’s nice to see a business have longevity because I met the owner back in 2020 and her business continues to provide great services to the customers. Thanks so much !

The front desk staff here is absolutely amazing! They were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Excellent customer service makes such a huge difference. I will definitely be back soon.

I always go to get a vitamin shot. The staff is absolutely pleasant and helpful. The young lady that gave me my shot on Sunday was amazing! I never felt the needle or medication enter my arm she has the magic touch!

Very clean. They always have specials going on and everyone seems to be knowledgeable and know what they’re doing! Getting in touch with provider about questions related to the shots is quick and easy!

I had a great experience at ChillRx Cryotherapy. I went in for a Mounjaro injection, which isn’t listed in the service options, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very comfortable. Special thanks to my friend Tea, who I came through by recommendation — she was amazing, very attentive and helpful.
The place is clean, organized, and you can tell they care about their clients. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.
